Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 may be subject to a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Delays

BodyEase Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier or postal service delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@bodyeaseco.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.
